Our process
1. Contact us
Call our office during office hours, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m or fill out the form below. We’ll ask a few questions about your project and get a walkthrough on the calendar.
2. Site Walkthrough & Estimate
We walk the property in person before writing a number. That includes checking for critical-area, setback, and septic-capacity issues up front, so you’re not designing something that can’t be approved.
3. Permitting & Engineering
We prepare and coordinate permit submissions with the county, respond to any correction requests, and bring in engineering support where shoreline or structural work requires it.
4. Scheduled Construction
Once permits are in hand, we schedule the work — coordinating around tide conditions when the project calls for it, and keeping you updated with consistent, regular communication throughout.
5. Inspections & Completion
We prepare for and track required inspections through final approval, then hand you a complete closeout package: warranty information, product documentation, approved changes, and any applicable lien releases.
